Commanding one of the best views of Kalkan and her bay, Villa Lucia provides the perfect retreat with excellent facilities.  Relax and enjoy the tranquillity and peaceful ambience our villa enjoys, yet only a 10 to 15 minute walk (800 metres) to the old town of Kalkan. Fully air-conditioned throughout, this spacious property offers: 4 Large bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests in 2 double & 2 twin bedrooms - with private balcony or terrace (with sea view) and the convenience of 4 bathrooms (three en-suite & one adjoining). The Master bedroom boasts a super Emperor-size four poster bed and double Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. The comfortable lounge overlooking the pool terrace area provides you with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, a selection of board and card games and a complimentary telephone for booking local restaurants, taxis and tours. For those who need to keep in touch with the outside world, Villa Lucia has Wi-Fi internet access (bring your smartphone, laptop etc).  Fully fitted kitchen and dining areas provide modern appliances including: cooking hob, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  Outside, you can spend your day lounging by your own private freshwater swimming pool.  A shaded canopy shelters a teak furnished dining area from the heat of the day. To the side; a peaceful shaded reading area is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book or simply chill-out.  The villa is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens with a variety of mature palm, banana & citrus trees -  Mediterranean flowers including vibrant bougainvillea, sweet smelling jasmine, Melissa, and potted geraniums all contributing towards a truly romantic setting.

Your villa is fantastic, by far the best-equipped villa we have ever stayed in (and there have been a few!) Your attention to detail such as the excellent pictorial instructions for appliances and the (much appreciated by the whole family) comprehensive CD collection. Things like this really made the holiday. Everything was scrupulously clean and the people who came to do the pool and linen were very unobtrusive. You really are very lucky to have such a wonderful Villa. We'd love to come back to Kalkan next year.

We had a super holiday in Kalkan.  We loved the villa - you had thought of everything - even down to the icepacks and cool box for keeping our water cool while out in the heat.  The villa was comfortable, roomy and well equipped, the pool and terrace area ideal and well-used by us all. We loved Kalkan, had some super trips and delicious food.  The staff at the Elite Hotel and Xpress were helpful, friendly and sorted everything out perfectly and looked after us and your garden and pool perfectly. I researched Kalkan prior to booking and thought it looked like our type of destination, I wasn't disappointed it is a fabulous location. Your villa is superb, everything that we needed was catered for, the location is stunning, it was all kept spotlessly clean by your staff. I never like to return to the same location as I love seeing new places, but I am under severe pressure from the other four to return next year.
