Booking Terms & Conditions A £250.00 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking, the balance remaining will be due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment for your holiday can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We reserve the right to re-advertise dates if the balance has not been received by the due date. Flights are not included in the price of our villa. Weekly rental prices are for the villa per week not per person. Airport transfers and car hire charges are not included in the price, however these can be arranged for you at the time of your booking, payment for this will need to be made locally to our agent in Kalkan by Stirling, Turkish Lira, Euros, US Dollars or by Credit Card. Transfer time from Dalaman airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. A damage deposit of £300 will be required at the time of your balance to cover any breakages or damage caused. This will be held during your stay and returned in full within two weeks of your return home providing no damage or breakages have been reported.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following
cancellation charge will apply: We strongly advise you take travel insurance when booking your flights. Our changeover day is Monday as most flight to and from Dalaman are on this day.
The villa will receive a full cleaning service twice per week on linen change days. The fresh water swimming pool will be maintained and treated on a daily basis (early morning and early evening), the maintenance person will also water garden areas during their visit. Rubbish will also be removed on a daily basis.

Money Change Kalkan has at least three banks all at which travellers cheques can be cashed, each bank also has cash dispensing machines. Cash and traveller's cheques can also be exchanged at the local post office (usually better rate than banks) and several private stores and jeweller's around town. Many businesses will also accept Stirling (GBP) and Euros |
